Q: For that big size design, is it safety for transport that long-distance?

A: Don’t worry. The products will be packaged by the wood carton, and the thickness of the bottom is thick enough for forklift. And inside the carton, all of the surfaces will be covered by the foam. There is a steel strip inside the box also.

We have more than 15years in producing that product, you can trust us.

Q: I want to buy some products what should I do?

A: Please tell us which item of our products you want or send us your draft;

Then the complete quotation will be supplied; If you agree with it then we can start to produce and arrange the shipping schedule.

Q: I like one design from you, but the size is not suited for my place, can we adjust it?

A: Sure, for all products, the size can be adjusted according to your personal requirement.

Q: How can you guarantee that the customized one is what I need.

A: Please do not worry. Before producing all of our products will be drawn a 3D draft, which includes all kind of detail like a real one. So it won’t be any problem.

Q: It’s any problem with importing your furniture in our country?

A: Don’t worry about that, all of our products are tested qualified.

And we will supply Form A/b and other necessary files. It is nor a problem to import it.

Q: Can you help to arrange the shipment to my warehouse?

A: Sure we can arrange shipment from our factory to any your indicated location.
